c) Subcontractor Partnership Form
We collect name, email, phone number, city, and the number of vehicles owned. This data is stored in an internal database and used for:
- sending a partnership offer;
- subsequent contact regarding future collaboration opportunities, when new fleet needs arise.
The legal basis for this purpose is the consent expressed by checking the box in the form.
4. Who Has Access to Your Data
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We share it only with:
- public authorities or courts, when we are legally required to provide information;
- any other recipient, only with your express and prior consent.
5. Data Retention Period
- Contact form: data is not stored long-term.
- Subcontractor partnership form: data is kept for 3 years period, as long as you do not withdraw your consent, in order to contact you for future collaboration opportunities. We periodically review the necessity of retaining this data.
- If a contractual partnership is established, the related data is retained in accordance with legal deadlines for financial-accounting archiving.
6. How We Protect Your Data
We take technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure of your data, including:
- restricting access to data only to SMI personnel who need it to perform their duties;
